Initial face-to-face consultation is required.

Please call first to schedule a date and time.
On the day of your appointment, please check in on time and wait for us.

An appointment fee of \5,000 is required.
Prescribed medications are covered by Japnese health insurance.
If you do not have insurance, we will issue a certificate of medical treatment,
so please apply for it yourself to your insurance company.

We will send you the medicine and the bill by mail.
Please pay within 2 weeks.
